Cross Connections exists to facilitate holistic reconciliation and transformation of North Minneapolis. We seek to foster collaborative relationships – organically and organizationally – to promote systemic change in programs and services available to this community. We acutely focus on active neighboring and program development that reaches at-risk youth in a holistic manner.

Cross Connections vision for North Minneapolis is based on Isaiah 65:17-25, which is the development of The New Jerusalem: a city with health, justice, and peace.
